Mr. Andreasen has an A.A. Degree in Business Administration from Barstow Community College, a B.A. Degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, San Bernardino, a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from Chapman University, and a M.A. Degree in Educational Administration and an Administrative Credential from California State University, San Bernardino. He has been an active member in his community serving of the Victor Valley Union High School Board for five years, on the Spring Valley Lake Association Board for four years, on the Spring Valley Lake Country Club board for three years, and has served in numerous capacities in local congregations of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Mr. Andreasen has worked in the educational arena in the high desert area for the past 28 years. He began his educational career teaching Kindergarten in the Baker Valley School District and then in the Apple Valley Unified School District. While in Apple Valley he transitioned from teaching kindergarten to teaching sixth grade. He served as a middle school principal for six years in Lucerne Valley and then served as and elementary principal in Apple Valley for four years. Mr. Andreasen served as Director of Curriculum and Instruction for a large charter school for five years and then was hired as the Personnel Director for Victor Valley Union High School District where he served for several years. In 2006 Mr. Andreasen became the Deputy Superintendent for Oro Grande School District where he was instrumental in the establishment of both Riverside Preparatory School and Mojave River Academy. He currently serves as the Superintendent for the Oro Grande School District and as the Superintendent for Riverside Preparatory School and Mojave River Academy.

Mr. S. Michael Buckhave is the Assistant Superintendent of Personnel and Instruction for the Oro Grande School District. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and has earned two Master’s Degrees, one in Educational Administration and the other in Education. He holds a clear Administrative Services Credential as well as a clear Teaching Credential in Kinesiology and Life Science, and has earned a certificate in School Business Finance.
Mr. Buckhave has worked in the field of Education for 22 years. He has 14 years of classroom experience teaching science, mathematics, physical education, and choir. During that time, he held numerous school leadership positions including: Science Department Chair, Mathematics Department Chair, GATE Coordinator, Athletic Director, School Site Council President, and Academic Pentathlon Coordinator. Before coming to Riverside Preparatory, he served the community for three years as Assistant Principal at Silverado High School in Victorville, CA. Prior to his current position as Assistant Superintendent, Mr. Buckhave was the High School Principal for Riverside Preparatory School for 2 ½ years.

Greg and Patricia, his wife, moved to Victorville in 2000. Growing up in the San Gabriel Valley, Greg and Patricia are products of the Azusa Unified School system and were high school sweethearts. They are parents to nine children (seven surviving) and have eight grandchildren. Greg has long been associated with the High Desert with recreational motorcycle riding in the sixties, seventies and eighties; and doing construction in the area in the latter two of those decades. He enjoys hunting and traveling in the family RV.
Mr. Lundeen is currently employed as the Deputy Superintendent for Oro Grande School District and associated charters, Mojave River Academy and Riverside Preparatory School.
Greg served as Superintendent of Victor Valley Union High School District commencing until retirement June 2006. He had served as Interim Superintendent for six months prior to his appointment and for the previous four years was the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services. He also served as Interim Superintendent in Muroc Unified School District in 2006 prior to joining the Oro Grande team in 2007.
Previous to the high school district, Greg was at Corcoran Unified School District in the Central Valley of California. He entered school service at that district in 1990 from private enterprise – Construction and Development - and has had a General Building Contractor’s license for over thirty years. While in Corcoran, Greg served as Director of Maintenance, Operations, and Transportation; Director of Administrative Services; and, lastly, Assistant Superintendent of Business Services. He also earned a Bachelor and Masters Degrees from Fresno Pacific University and Chapman University, respectively, during this period.
Greg has been an active adult member of Boy Scouts of America during the last four decades. He is now serving as a District Chair of the High Desert District in the California Inland Empire Council.
