Dr. Kim Moore

Dr. Kim Moore

Dr. Kim Moore is the Superintendent of the Oro Grande School District, sponsor of the Riverside Preparatory School. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer and a Master Teacher at Riverside Preparatory School. He earned his Bachelors Degree from Loretto Heights College (Regis University) in Denver, Colorado majoring in Greek and Hebrew language and literature. He earned his Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from California State Polytechnic University, and his Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Education with an emphasis in Cognitive Psychology from the University of California at Riverside. He has taught elementary school, middle school, high school, and at the university level. Dr. Moore served in a variety of administrative positions before coming to Riverside Preparatory including High School Assistant Principal, Elementary Principal, Director of Personnel, Assistant Superintendent for Educational Services, and Assistant Superintendent for Business Services. In addition to his other duties, Dr. Moore is currently teaching Journalism at Riverside Prep.

Joseph Andreasen

Joseph Andreasen

Mr. Joseph Andreasen is the Deputy Superintendent of the Oro Grande School District. The Oro Grande District is the sponsor of the Riverside Preparatory School. He serves as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director, and a Master Teacher at Riverside Prep. Mr. Andreasen earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies and his Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from California State University at San Bernardino. Mr. Andreasen has taught at every grade level in elementary and middle school and has served as a principal at both the elementary and secondary levels. Immediately prior to coming to Riverside Preparatory he served as Senior Director of Personnel for the Victor Valley Union High School District. In addition, Mr. Andreasen has served on both school boards (Victor Valley Union High School District) and community boards (Spring Valley Lake). He currently serves as a member of school accreditation committees for the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). He is active in the community and his church.

Greg Lundeen

Greg Lundeen

Following service as the Superintendent of Schools in the Victor Valley Union High School District where he managed a budget of 100 million dollars, Mr. Lundeen temporarily “retired” before being lured by the prospect of educational innovation to his current position as Assistant Superintendent and Chief Business Official for the Oro Grande School District and Treasurer/Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Finance Officer for Pioneer University. Mr Lundeen earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Fresno Pacific College and his Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Chapman University.

Mr. Lundeen has a long history in school business and finance starting in 1990 and spanning the past two decades. Prior to his service as a business administrator, Mr. Lundeen did work as a general contractor (his license is still current) and a police officer for the Los Angeles Police Department. Mr Lundeen is active in the high desert community. He has served a District Chair for the local Boy Scout District, a member of the P-16 educational counsel, and as a Director of the Special Education Local Plan Area. In addition he belongs to the Association of California School Administrators and The California Association of School Business Officials. Mr. Lundeen is active in his church and has served in many leadership positions including Counselor-Stake Presidency, Bishop, High Councilor, Elder’s Quorum President, and Stake Missionary.

Darrell Redmond

Darrell Redmond

Mr. Redmond received his Bachelor’s degree from California State University at San Bernardino. He has held various positions in the business world, including Controller, for ten years, at a privately held corporation. Mr. Redmond’s most recent position before joining the Riverside Preparatory School staff was that of Director of Business Services at Excelsior Charter School in Victorville. In addition, Mr. Redmond has served on various committees and boards. Mr. Redmond and his wife are products of high desert schools. They have raised four sons in the Victor Valley and currently have five grandsons.

Dr. Jason Moore

Dr. Jason Moore

Dr. Jason Moore has a broad background in education having taught in both elementary and middle school in the San Bernardino and Apple Valley School Districts, he served as an Assistant Middle School Principal in Palm Springs and most recently served as Principal at Tiefort View Elementary  School at Fort Irwin.  At Riverside Preparatory School, Dr. Moore has held the positions of Elementary principal and director of Curriculum and Instruction.  Currently Dr. Moore is serving as Assistant Superintendant of Personnel Services.  Dr. Moore holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Theater Arts and Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from California State University at San Bernardino.  He earned his Doctor of Education Degree from the University of Southern California (USC).  In addition to his other duties, Dr. Moore is the Executive Vice President for Pioneer University.
